THE CHALLENGE:
Restaurant Carbón Gastronomic Grill, located in an exclusive shopping center in Egypt, aimed to create an attractive and sophisticated gastronomic space to appeal to the upper-middle class of Cairo. 
The project encompassed everything from the architectural design of both front-of-house and back-of-house spaces to defining the gastronomic offering, operational aspects, and staff training. 
The kitchen, centered around grilled dishes, featured a complete line of Josper charcoal ovens and drew inspiration from Mediterranean and, particularly, Spanish flavors.
