THE CHALLENGE
Two Hands is a contemporary specialty coffee shop located within British coworking spaces group Clockwise. In its administrative and operational implementation process in Belgium, MCL was requested to provide support and conducted an audit and adaptation of the value proposition to meet the needs of the local clientele.

In addition, MCL provides human resources support, adequately training and forming the café's staff, including the local manager, ensuring high-quality service and a positive experience for customers.
