HOTEL CŒUR DE MEGEVE
THE CHALLENGE:
This elegant luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Megève, an exclusive ski resort in the French Alps, sought to renovate and modernize its gastronomic offer. We conducted a comprehensive audit of the existing recipes and studied the market to understand current customer trends and preferences. The goal was to propose a new gastronomic offer that would align with guest expectations and the hotel's exclusive environment.
