The conceptual proposal was well received and has the potential to become a true benchmark in the world of F&B of luxury and sophistication in the Latin Quarter of Paris. With its luxurious decoration and careful gastronomic offering, L'hôtel establishes itself as an ideal destination for those seeking a distinguished and charming experience."

THE OUTCOME

L'hôtel, a prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of Paris's Latin Quarter, faced the challenge of establishing itself as a true benchmark in the world of luxury and sophistication. As the world's first boutique hotel and the last residence of Oscar Wilde, its opulent decoration was designed by the incomparable Jacques Garcia.

In this mission, MCL took on the task of conceptualizing the entire F&B offer for the restaurant, creating a unique gastronomic experience designed to attract local and international influencers and foodies, highlighting L'hôtel's excellence and distinction. Additionally, we audited and adapted the BOH operations.
