MCL conceptualizes an exceptional F&B offer for L'hôtel: a "classy" English breakfast inspired by luxury London hotels, an Afternoon Tea with typical French pastries, and an Italian aperitivo with trendy products.

The conceptual proposal was well-received and had the potential to become a true benchmark in the world of luxury F&B and sophistication in Paris's Latin Quarter.

With the combination of opulent decoration and a carefully curated gastronomic offer, L'hôtel is now positioned as an attractive destination for those seeking a refined and charming experience.

L'hôtel, a prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of Paris's Latin Quarter, faced the challenge of establishing itself as a true benchmark in the world of luxury and sophistication. As the world's first boutique hotel and the last residence of Oscar Wilde, its opulent decoration was designed by the incomparable Jacques Garcia.

In this mission, MCL took on the task of conceptualizing the entire F&B offer for the restaurant, creating a unique gastronomic experience designed to attract local and international influencers and foodies, highlighting L'hôtel's excellence and distinction. Additionally, we audited and adapted the BOH operations.
