Our work has revitalized the kitchen of Abbaye de Maredsous by enhancing traditional Belgian recipes and introducing contemporary options while preserving the authenticity of the regional cuisine.


Kitchen processes have been optimized, increasing efficiency and profitability. The kitchen team has received training, improving their skills and knowledge, leading to the abbey receiving accolades for its culinary experience and attracting more visitors.
